Voronich
First mention of Voronich district was in 1348. In the 15th-16th centuries Lithuanian and Livonian troops attacked Voronich for many times. The most famous were sieges by grand lithuanian prince Vitovt in 1406 and 1426. In 1581 the fortress was captured by king Stephan Bathory.
