Vybor

 The fortress was founded by the Pskov prince Alexander Fedorovich in 1431. It became one of the important strongholds in the system of protection Pskov against the raids of Lithusnians and Livonians. Vybor was captured in 1581 by the troops of Stephan Bathory.
